Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your only chance to create a strong first impression on buyers from a street perspective. The pluses and minuses that jump out at buyers form their initial thoughts about your home and how you perform house's regular maintenance.
Understanding this helps us to decide what actions we can take to draw buyers from the street and into your home. If your house isn't attractive on the outside with refreshed paint and blooming greenery it's time to get those things done. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and boost your home's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Does your home seem to say, "This is Your New Home" to a buyer? Touring your place with a critical eye, I'll recommend changes that improve sales appeal.
I'll help you get rid of anything that gives the illusion of clutter. Tabletops should be clutter-free. Knickknacks, souvenirs, family photos, and play time artwork should get stored away too. We need to "de-personalize" the place so buyers can picture it as their new house.
Every area gets a once-over. Improvements that directly affect your sale price include easy-to-fix items like pieces of furniture that should get rearranged, rooms that need neutral paint, carpet that needs to be replaced, fixtures that need polishing, and windows that need cleaning.
Potential buyers like a residence that seems comfortable. Everything that could be "loud" should be removed so that your house will have have likability at the open house.

Setting the Stage
You'll know when it's time to open your home up to buyers, because all of the improvements mesh together to create a picture of what buyers can envision after they close on your house. Lighting is a mood changer and we'll open curtains, and create light where needed to welcome the buyer. We'll enhance the ambiance with enjoyable music to listen to while guests tour your home and ensure a nice scent circulates throughout your home. We'll make use of cozy-looking blankets, and throw pillows on your sofa and bedding. We want buyers to feel like your house has the potential to be. |
